Lease of Fakhr al-Dawlah's shop, 1927
An agreement according to which Husayn ʻAli (a Tabrizi merchant), the son of Muhammad Ismaʻil (the merchant), rents a shop from Ismaʻil (the superintendent of Amir's section in the bazar) and Aqa Yusuf (signing on behalf of Fakhr al-Dawlah). The length of the lease is 10 years and it holds Fakhr al-Dawlah responsible for maintenance of the property.

Legal documents of Khadijah Khanum
Legal documents belonging to Khadijah Khanum Mashhadiyah Khanum, daughter of Yusuf Laktarashani, and wife of Aqa Isma‘il, including: rental agreement of Khadijah Khanum's property in the village of Laktarashan to Karbalayi Haydar Durabi, dated 1906; a settlement in which, Khadijah Khanum transfers her properties in Laktarashan to ‘Abbas Quli Khan Sarhaddar (Mir Panjah Ashrafi), dated July 10th, 1919. ‘Abbas Quli Khan's son, Musa Khan Ashraf al-Mulk inherits these properties after his father's death. This settlement is confirmed by several clergies.

Letters from Sadiqah Dawlatabadi to her half-sisters, Fakhr Taj and Qamar Taj Dawlatabadi, the daughters of Haj Mirza Hadi Dawlatabadi and his second wife, Munis Aqa. The collection, spanning from 1923 to 1961, includes letters sent during her time in Europe, letters sent back in Iran, and letters sent during Qamar Taj's stay in London. The subjects include a reception for the Ambassador of Afghanistan, a party hosted by the Alliance School, and the Congress of the International Alliance of Women in Paris.

Includes a petition by Muzaffar Ardalan-pur, son of Sharaf al-Mulk from Kurdistan (son of Sharaf al-Mulk the Governor of Kurdistan), to the Majlis and his complaint against ‘Abbas Khan Sardar Rashid and his wife, who have seized the property of the writer and his two younger brothers. The writer has retrieved his land in Ravansar but other properties remain in the possession of Sardar Rashid and his wife.
